By using our services, you agree to our terms and conditions for logo, character, 2D, and 3D design projects. All work is completed based on the agreed requirements, timelines, and creative direction discussed with the client.
Clients are required to complete payments as agreed before the final delivery of any design project. Work begins after initial confirmation, and any delay in payment may result in delays in project progress or final delivery timelines.
We provide revisions based on the selected service package to ensure satisfaction. Once the client approves a design, it is considered final, and no further changes will be made beyond the agreed scope of work.
After full payment is completed, ownership of the final design is transferred to the client. However, we reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless the client specifically requests confidentiality.
We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of our designs. Clients are responsible for how they use the final logo, character, or 2D/3D design assets in their business.
