Refund Policy

Service Eligibility

Our refund policy applies to all design services including logo, character, 2D, and 3D projects. Clients may request a refund only before final delivery. Once the design is completed and approved, refunds are not applicable under any condition.

Initial Concept Stage

Refund requests can be made during the initial concept phase if the client is not satisfied with the direction. We aim to meet expectations through revisions, but partial refunds may be considered at early project stages.

Revision Policy

We provide multiple revisions to ensure the final design meets your expectations. However, once revisions are approved and implemented, refunds cannot be processed as the work reflects your confirmed feedback and agreed creative direction.

Final Delivery Policy

After final files for logo, character, 2D, or 3D designs are delivered, no refunds will be issued. This includes all completed files, formats, and assets shared with the client upon project completion.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after confirmation. The refunded amount will be returned using the original payment method, ensuring a secure and smooth transaction process for all clients.
